Prior to practicing in Alabama, Charlotte was an associate to both Senior and Junior Counsel in Sydney, Australia. Her principal practice areas included commercial litigation strategy, insolvency, alternative dispute resolution and mediation, industrial energy and mining disputes, wills, probate and succession litigation, and commercial property purchase settlements.
Charlotte focused on recovery and acts for several major commercial and investment banks in the enforcement of securities and legal proceedings relating to defaulting borrowers. Charlotte also acted for corporate and individual clients in property development and disputes arising from leases, variations to contracts and matters arising under Wills and Probate legislation.
Charlotte, who has been living in Alabama now for three years and was admitted to the Alabama Bar in February 2017 now focuses her practice on products liability, medical device and pharmaceutical mass tort litigation and serious personal injury. Charlotte approaches each matter with a comprehensive understanding of the law and a focus on achieving fair results for clients.
